By creating an account or using the Shakwala Customer Application or Shop Partner Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Service

Shakwala provides a platform that connects Customers with local Shop Partners for placing orders and raising complaints or service requests. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account and contact information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

Shakwala acts as a facilitator between Customers and Shop Partners and is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between them, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or harmful activity.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Shakwala is registered.
